GETTING MARRIED AT SHAKESPEARE’S GARDEN

  This hidden Central Park gem is a landscape area named for the famed English poet and playwright. This enchanted garden in Central Park is filled with gorgeous flowers and plants that are so well kept. Shakespeare’s Garden has four acres of plants that change with the season. There are rosemary, pansies, thistle and even a white mulberry tree that is said to have grown from a graft of a tree planted by Shakespeare himself in 1602. Plaques with quotations from Shakespeare’s plays along the pathways identify the flowers and plants.  It is in a beautiful secluded and tucked away area to give you the perfect private setting for your wedding ceremony.
