2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website for the purpose of purchasing or arranging services.

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must communicate on behalf of a minor where appropriate.

3. Inquiries Are Not Confirmed Bookings

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, speaking with a representative, or requesting information does not:

• Reserve a wedding or event date
• Confirm the availability of a venue, location, planner, officiant, photographer, vendor, or package
• Create a binding service agreement
• Guarantee a quoted price
• Guarantee that a permit or marriage license will be issued

A booking is confirmed only when all requirements stated by Ultimate USA Weddings have been completed, which may include signing a written agreement and paying the required deposit or other amount.

4. Separate Client Agreements

Wedding-planning, ceremony, proposal, vow-renewal, officiant, coordination, photography, floral, transportation, beauty, venue, permit, and related services may be governed by a separate written proposal, contract, invoice, or vendor agreement.

Those documents may contain additional terms concerning:

• Scope of services
• Package inclusions
• Fees and payment schedules
• Deposits
• Cancellation and rescheduling
• Refunds and credits
• Vendor responsibilities
• Photography usage
• Weather
• Venue restrictions
• Force majeure
• Client responsibilities
• Liability and insurance

If these website Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed client agreement concerning paid services, the signed client agreement controls for those services.

5. Package Descriptions and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to keep package descriptions, pricing, photographs, inclusions, location details, and other website information current.

However:

Ultimate USA Weddings cannot guarantee continued public access, an unobstructed view, privacy, silence, weather conditions, or the absence of members of the public unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

A location or schedule may need to be adjusted when circumstances outside our reasonable control arise.

7. Third-Party Vendors

Certain services may be provided by independent vendors, including photographers, florists, transportation companies, beauty professionals, musicians, venues, attractions, permit authorities, and other providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement:

• Independent vendors are not employees of Ultimate USA Weddings
• Vendors may maintain their own contracts, policies, insurance, and cancellation terms
• Ultimate USA Weddings is not responsible for a vendor’s separate acts, omissions, policies, systems, or representations
• Vendor availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed
• A comparable substitute may be proposed if a selected vendor becomes unavailable

We will use reasonable care when coordinating vendors included in an Ultimate USA Weddings agreement.

8. Marriage Licenses and Legal Paperwork

Ultimate USA Weddings may provide practical and administrative guidance regarding New York marriage-license procedures, ceremony documentation, certified records, apostilles, and paperwork that may be requested by a couple’s home country, state, or region.

This guidance is not legal, immigration, tax, diplomatic, or governmental advice.

Marriage laws, identification requirements, waiting periods, filing rules, authentication requirements, and recognition procedures can change and may differ based on citizenship, residency, marital history, gender-marker documentation, destination, or personal circumstances.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and valid identification
• Meeting marriage-license requirements
• Reviewing instructions issued by the appropriate government offices
• Confirming how a New York marriage will be recognized or registered in your home jurisdiction
• Obtaining independent legal or governmental advice when needed
• Completing required applications, appointments, filings, translations, authentications, or registrations

We cannot guarantee that a government office, consulate, court, registrar, or other authority will accept, issue, recognize, or process a particular document.

9. Travel and Personal Arrangements

Unless expressly included in a signed agreement, you are responsible for travel arrangements, passports, visas, immigration compliance, lodging, meals, personal insurance, accessibility arrangements, and transportation to and from New York City.

Ultimate USA Weddings is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, immigration decisions, lost luggage, travel restrictions, illness, personal emergencies, or other travel-related disruptions.

Travel insurance and appropriate event insurance should be considered.

10. Client Information and Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information.

You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, times, ceremony wording, addresses, guest counts, vendor selections, identification details, and other information before approving documents or arrangements.

You must promptly inform us of changes that could affect the event.

Ultimate USA Weddings is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or withheld information.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or connected systems
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful technology
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Scrape or systematically extract website content without written authorization
